[WSIS CS-Plenary] Discussion of the Production of a Civil Society [Communique / Declaration ]

The attached document will be discussed at
the Civil Society Plenary tomorrow morning.

This section of Content and Themes part of the
agenda will be to discuss a special meeting
to consider the Production of a Civil Society [Communique / Declaration ].

Discussion in Plenary will be focused on proposing the agenda
of the Special Meeting, with some time for comments.

We request more substantive comments on the proposed agenda by 15:00
tomorrow to the _Content and Themes_ list (ct at wsis-cs.org).

The Special Meeting will be the Content and Themes Meeting
at 18:00 in ITU C2.
