Law against secret almost approved in Ecuador

After a long discussion the law of access to the public information is almost approved in Ecuador.

The law that gives the right to every Ecuadorian citizen to freely access to the public interest information is approved on an 80% with only 10 articles waiting to be approved.

It seems as the voting of the entire project won't have more delays after being approved the most polemic article referred to the limitations of the right of access to the public information.

According to what was approved, all the classified information from the National Security Council will be kept under reserve for National Defense reasons. Inside this there are the issues related to intelligence, intelligence plans, operations, reports and military contra-intelligence.
