The first annual Software Freedom Day is being held.

now, on  August 28, 2004,

the FSF is supporting the event and
it is interesting to notice that
IOSN ( helped by UNDP ie the UN )
The International Open Source Network (IOSN)
a Center of Excellence for FOSS in the Asia-Pacific Region
http://www.iosn.net/events/sfd-2004/
is participating to the event.

The WSIS Civil society should actively support this event next year.

La journée de la Libération des Logiciels
La FSF soutient cet événement et il est intéressant
de remarquer que l'IOSM (financée par l'ONU et actif
dans la région Asie-Pacifique )
