[WSIS CS-Plenary] New measures taken in Tunisia to promote new information technologies

Hello

We already have a free internet access in every school, college and
university (at least public ones). . These measures are especially dedicated
to the rest of the population and to comply with the continious need for
more bandwidth to implement our developement plans. I hope that these points
can give new ideas for other countries/bodies on the local and global level.

L'accès à internet depuis les écoles, les lycées et les universités est déjà
assuré et sans frais (au moins ceux publiques). Ces intiatives ciblent
surtout le reste de la population et pour répondre au besoin continu de plus
de débit. Personnellement j'espère que ces points pourraient donner des
idées à d'autres pays/organismes à l'échelle locale ou mondiale.
