[WSIS CS-Plenary] Advance information about the 4. meeting of the GFC

Dear All,
The WSIS Secretariat has asked us to forward this information, regarding 
the 4. meeting of the Group of the Friends of the Chair (GFC):

The fourth meeting of the GFC will take place on 10 and 11 January 2005 
from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 in the Palais des Nations, 
Room XVIII (door 40). 
The meeting of 10 January is a special meeting, open to all stakeholders 
in the WSIS process. The meeting of 11 January is a closed meeting, only 
open to members of the Group and to observers from Government.
The rolling text (both for chapeau and the operational part) as well as 
the formal invitation to the meeting will be posted on the official ITU 
website in early January. 
The badges issued for the previous meetings of the GFC are also valid for 
10 and 11 January 2005. The information on badges on the ITU website under 
thethe section "second meeting of the GFC" is also valid for the fourth 
meeting; the badge counter in the Montbrillant building of ITU will be 
open on 10 and 11 January from 08.00 hours.
