Excusez-moi j'ai oublié de mentionner que les versions anglaises et 
françaises sont
étrangement différentes.
En plus dans la version Française :
Elle prend note des textes et décisions issus de la première réunion du 
Comité préparatoire, tenue en Tunisie du 24 au 26 juin 2004, concernant 
la structure et les résultats de la seconde phase du Sommet et ce 
qu’elle doit produire. Elle se félicite de la création du Groupe de 
travail sur la gouvernance de l’Internet et du Groupe d’action sur les 
mécanismes de financement.
En plus dans la version Anglaise : ( ma traduction )
 On fait appel à la communauté internationale pour faire des 
contributions volontaire à un fond spécial mis en place
 par l'IUT pour soutenir la préparation du Sommet"

Sorry I forgot to mention that the English and French versions are 
strangely different :
In the French version only ( my translation )
It ( the Assembly ) takes notices of the texts and decisions of the 
first reunion of the Preparatory Committee, held in Tunisia
from June 24 to 24, 2004, concerning the structure and results of the 
second phase of the Summit and what it must produce.
It is pleased with the creation of the WGIG and the TFFM.
In the English version only :
Further, it would call on the international community to make voluntary 
contributions to the special fund set up by the International 
Telecommunication Union to support Summit preparations.
