[WSIS CS-Plenary] WSIS Phase 2 - DEMAND 5 Action Plan - A challenge !

Dear Civil Society,
 
Following all these discusions taking place on-line  - I think CS in each individual country should at a minimum meet the "Demand 5 Action Plan" challenge set out below.
 
Ask of your governments the following to ensure:
 
1)  CS participation and access
2 ) Freedom of expression
 
5 Designated Computer Access Points in each country ( internet access ) by March 1, 2004 so that local CS can contribute to the WSIS - CS discussions on-line !
