[WSIS CS-Plenary] global events calendar for WSIS Phase 2

Dear Liss
Can you please tell us if you and your networking can
do to give to african CS own capacity tp express
directly her preoccupation ? The Tunis Summit will be
held in Africa and the African CS should be
represented daocraticly and lot selected by Govenments
or by donors.

pouvez faire pour contribuer à ce que la société
civile africaine puisse avoir les moyens de son
expression indépendante ? Le Sommet tunisien se
tiendra en terre africaine et la société civile
devrait être représentée sans dépendance à l'égard des
gouvernements et encore moins des bailleurs de fonds.
