For those who might not be aware of the facts, since she is modest,=20
Liss has been an influential member of the Canadian delegation during
PrepCom3, and has been very supportive of views brought by the the Civil
Society.
I deeply regret she could not come at PrepCom3A and B, we lost an ally.=20
In fact, her bilingual agora has been opened since the beginning of
PrepCom3A, as I remember.=20
The actions of Liss and Robert seems complementary, Robert has done a
terrific job too, so there is no reason for fruitless controversy.=20


Pour ceux qui n'en aurait pas connaissance, comme elle ne s'en flatte
pas,
Liss a =C3=A9t=C3=A9 un membre influent de la d=C3=A9l=C3=A9gation canadien=
ne durant le
PrepCom3, et elle a beaucoup soutenu les vues de la Soci=C3=A9t=C3=A9 Civil=
e.
Je regr=C3=A8te qu'elle n'a pas pu venir au PrepCom3A et B, car nous y avon=

perdu un alli=C3=A9.
En fait, son agora bilingue a =C3=A9t=C3=A9 ouvert depuis le d=C3=A9but de =
PrepCom3A,
si je me souviens.
Les actions de Liss et de Robert semblent compl=C3=A9mentaires, Robert a
effectu=C3=A9 aussi un magnifique travail, donc il n'y a aucune raison pour
une controverse st=C3=A9rile.
