Hi Karen

The posting of Mr Geiger is rather disappointing and hopeless !
How could a small NGO afford to travel to and stay at Tunis, even with "The
Lonely Planet" hotel guide ... ?
I don't see any solution for civil society to be represented at a minimum
level at such Tunis meeetings unless the respective country/gouvernment
takes it upon itself to pay these big expenses. And nothing is less sure,
even in the North !

Le message de M. Geiger est plutôt décevant voire désespérant!
Comment une petite ONG pourrait-elle se payer le voyage et le séjour à
Tunis, même avec le guide des hôtels "Lonely Planet". ?
Je ne vois pas de solution pour que la SC soit représentée à un niveau
minimum à ses réunions de Tunis à moins que les Pays/gouvernements concernés
prennent sur eux le paiement de ces grosses dépenses. Et rien n'est moins
sûr, même au Nord !
