The document about basic structures of CS at the WSIS should be completed by
adding the "focal persons" and their respective domain as Bill McIver
already suggested. Indeed, this is very important as far as a certain level
of expertise is concerned/asked for.

Le document sur les structures de base de la SC au SMSI devraient être
complétées par l'ajout des "personnes focales" et de leur domaine respectif
comme Bill  McIver l'avait déjà  suggéré. En effet, cela est très important
dans la mesure où un certain niveau d'expertise est concerné/sollicité.
