[WSIS CS-Plenary] Translations

Excellent idea, i shall try to do it with pleasure. if
i have the competency. But let's find the solution how
to make such translation in French available not for
French speaking in France but in Africa ! That is the
real problem and i am sure that each of us can help to
reach this aim if desirable !

On me demande d'aider à la traduction, si j'ai les
compétences je le ferai avec plaisir mais il ne faut
pas que cela profite aux francophone de France qui
n'ont aucune difficulté à comprendre l'anglais. Le
vrai problème c'est que cela profite aux francophones
d'Afique vivant en Afrique et je suis persuadé que
chacun d'entre nous devrait aider à trouver la
solution a ce problème avant qu'il ne soit trop tard.
