A way forward for the CS structure - a suggestion - [WSIS CS-Plenary] (absence of) suggestion for Tunis meeting

Dear Amali,
This is a good proposal to start a process responding
to crucial questions. We must invest on your proposals
and Jean Louis comments.
Perhaps con you begin with Jean Louis waiting for
other volonteers to collect contributions.
I propose that as fist point we try to do a rapid
evaluation of Geneva Summit and the deficit of SC
forces and weakness faced during the summit, this help
to define benchmarks for the future.
Then come your Sd and Trd part.
