[WSIS CS-Plenary] Final edited version of the CS Declaration

The CT drafting team has made a final revision of the CS Declaration to correct a few 
minor editing errors.  The Final Version of the Declaration is now available at:

http://mboom.draper.albany.edu/~mciver/WSIS/CS_CT/Summit_2003/Declaration

If you have the Declaration on your website, please update it to this version.

There is also a version that allows you to visualize the corrections if you so wish.

The translations are also being revised and will be posted shortly.
