[WSIS CS-Plenary] how many people coming to Tunis

Djilali:

to be clear - the meeting is  clearly stated to be an informal one, 
hence (1) no negotiations.
(2) Not  myself, nor anyone else from CS has  the capacitate nor 
legitimacy to negotiate anything at that meeting


And, please let's not forget that there are an equal number of spanish 
speaking members also on plenary. their list is as active, if not more 
so than this one.  so if every message is to be translated - let's do it 
in spanish to, ok?

Para que conste bien - la reunion es de naturelza informal, por lo tanto:

1. no hay negociaciones
2. No yo, ni nadies de soc. civil tiene la capacidad nio la legitimidad 
para negociar nada en esa reunion

Algo mas, por favor - que no olvidemos que hay una cantidfad egual de 
miembros del idioma español en (lista) plenaria. La lista propia que 
tienen es igual, o aun mas activa que esta. Asi que, si es que se va 
traducir cada mensaje que se envia - que lo hagamos en español tambien, 
vale?
