La participacion significativa de la sociedad civil puede lograrse,
también, por medios técnicos. Sólo como ejemplo, el costo de 
financiar el viaje a Túnez (o dondequiera se hagan las reuniones
preparatorias) de un solo miembro de la SC paga con holgura la 
instalación de un servidor Icecast para tener audio en todo el
mundo y en tiempo real de las reuniones; si lo combinamos con un 
canal de retorno via IRC, tendremos una razonable forma de interacción.

Meaningful participation of the CS could also be achieved by
technical means. Just as an example: the cost of financing travel 
expenses for just one member of the CS to Tunisia (or wherever the
preparatory meetings take place) would largely pay for deploying
an Icecast server which would allow having worldwide realtime 
audio of the meetings. If we merge this with an IRC return channel,
we would have a reasonable form of interaction.
