[WSIS CS-Plenary] Transciption

It is always hard to determine the commentary after a tense and non 
dialogical moment, when when you are not part of the action.
Here is what our transcriber posted on the videos:

Il est plutôt difficile de comprendre ce qui se dit dans ces vidéos. Il n'y
a pas de véritable dialogue. Le seul moment un peu compréhensible est dans
le troisième vidéo alors que la dame s'exclame en disant: "Vous me
connaissez. Je n'ai pas pris la parole (3 fois). Je voulais que ça se
déroule calmement."

English:
It seems those videos don't say much. There is no dialogue going on and
it is very hard to understand. The only clear moment is on the third video,
as the lady speaking is saying: "You know me. I didn't have a chance to 
speak (3 times), I wanted everything
to be done calmly..."
