Como muestra de respeto hacia los miembros de la lista... podrias evitar
el crossposting y el envio de mensajes en HTML incluyendo publicidad y
scripts potencialmente nocivos?
Si te parecia que la noticia era importante en el marco de la CMSI, 
podrias haber indicado simplemente su URL.

As a demonstration of respect to the list members... could you avoid
crosspositng and sending HTML messages including advertising and
potentially harmful scripts? If you believed that the news
were significant within the WSIS frame, you could have simply pointed
the URL.
