As "intellectual property" and software patents were a big issue during
WSIS phase one, this will interest a lot of people, I guess.
And it's in the old PrepCom venue, for the melancolics among you. ;-)

On September 13 and 14, the TransAtlantic Consumer Dialogue (TACD) will
host a two-day meeting in Geneva on the Future of WIPO. The meeting
will bring together leading experts and stakeholders from academia,
industry, NGOs, and governments, as well as members of the WIPO
secretariat, to discuss the future of this United Nations Agency.
