[WSIS CS-Plenary] blogging from pre-prepcom meeting

 Bruno Oudet has offered to translate my prepcom blogs into French for the
list. If there is a volunteer who will do the same in Spanish, I would
truly appreciate it. Meanwhile, I will post my blogs directly to the list
so members will not have to rely on the Web for reading them.

liste. S'il y a un volontaire qui fera la même chose dans l'Espagnol, je
l'apprécierais vraiment. En attendant, je signalerai mes blogs directement
à la liste ainsi les membres ne devront pas compter sur le Web pour la
lecture ils.

lista. Si hay un voluntario que hará igual en español, apreciaría verdad.
Mientras tanto, fijaré mis blogs directamente a la lista así que los
miembros no tendrán que confiar en el Web para la lectura ellos.
