[WSIS CS-Plenary] tunisian human rights NGOs?

Hi

can someone update us on the debate going on between some Tunisian NGOs 
regarding who should be the speaker in the time slots available for th 
plenary?
I think this is a seriuos issue and we should be alert of some GNGOs who may 
represent themselves as HR CSs and take the lead. Also we should support the 
real CS to express thier ideas.

I beleive our Tunisian frineds should be aware of this point that the whole 
CS is monitoring what is going on here and we will report back what we saw. 
If the trend is to stop some people of expressing thier ideas in a 
international conference, we should not tolerate that.

I am asking all CS present in prepcom 1 to act and move on with  open eyes. 
For Third world counitres, specially islamic and arab wolrd, HR should be 
the main subject of attention.
