He's absolutely right, there was no consensus, only chaos, though many of
the Tunisians treated it as if there had been an actual vote. I've just
uploaded some brief video clips of the end of the meeting in which you can
see how out of control it got. The files are large, more than 4 megs each,
so they may be slow to download.
