Dear Colleagues,

Just a follow-up to Robert's message.

The meeting will start at 10:00 EST (and at the other local times listed
on the wiki site) using a webconferencing platform that will accommodate
up to 40 Windows/Mac users. To access this specific meeting, you may
use the following "tinyurl"

http://tinyurl.com/27kzb

or if for some reason that server is not working, you may use the longer
one below (unfortunately, the link might get broken in some browsers,
which is why we use the tinyurl).

Once you connect to this server, you should click on the "system check"
to download the client, and run the "audio wizard." If you would like
for your video to be shown, you should also connect the camera before
you connect to the server, and run the "video wizard" as well.

At 10:30 EST, we will switch to another webconferencing platform that
can accommodate Windows/Mac/Linux users. To prepare to attend this
meeting, please first go to the following link,
http://141.211.184.18:8000/ and click on the link to "Download Marratech
Pro." Once the client is downloaded, and opened, point the "viewer" to
the same url, and go into "Room A." Again, you should have your web
camera connected in advance if you want the system to recognize your
camera for broadcasting video.

Thank you all for your patience and consideration as we try this new
experience that could have a very important impact on our distributed
collaboration. We look forward to a healthy and robust discussion, and
to planning for future potential work.
