Malheureusement l'UNESCO dans cette correspodance a utilisé 
un format secret et propriétaire, dont le fabricant
tristement célèbre à recemment même bréveté certain éléments
( pour le format XML ).
Bon commencement pour la mise en pratique des recommandations 
du SMSI !
RTF est un format prooriétaire  ouvert, mais dont le même
fabricant n'assure plus l'évolution à dessein.
J'ai donc utilisé des fichiers au format PDF, 
format propriétaire ouvert,
et crées avec OpenOffice.

Please find attached the same files in the
proprietary but open format PDF.
Usage of secret or patented or non-open formats is
 NOT recommended by the WSIS.
