[WSIS CS-Plenary] PRE-PrepCom Tunis June 22-23

Dear Ralf,
It is one among the best news we received.
If German CS with the support of Tunis Goth Institut
are trying to gather CS representative and ensure the
translation of meetings and documents in 2,3 4 and if
possible 5 languages in coordination with Tunisian CS
it will be wonderfull.
I would like that they do it immediatly so we can
better prepared our Tunis meeting

Excellente nouvelle et précision que cette initiative
de la SC allemande avec l'aide du Goeth Institutut de
Tunis.
Si les amis allemands pourront s'assurer de
l'interprétation des discussions et de la traduction
des documents durant les 2 jours de rencontre ce sera
excellent, si de plus ils pourront s'assurer d'un
mécanisme préparatoire d'ici là (durant 2 mois) pour
que nous soyons au même niveau d'information ce sera
mieux...
Mais vous m'excuserez de le dire en Français seulement
ce sont des solutions opportunes, généreuses et tout
ce qu'on voudras, néanmoins elles restent plus que
boiteuse. La préparation de Genève a été
principalement le fait de CRIS et de l'Anglais, celle
de Tunis sera celle de l'Allemand ! pourquoi pas du
chinois ou de l'arabe... cela fait des mois que
j'aboie comme un cien pour qu'on trouve une solution
concertée pour ce problème de traduction et des
messages insultants bilatéraux venant d'amis français
engophones me demandent de me réveiller et de
travailler avec la langue de l'avenir, de la
mondialisation l'anglais, tout le reste pour eux c'est
de la poésie rétrograde... moi je crois en la
diversité luguistique, culturelle, de pensée et
d'action.
