[WSIS CS-Plenary] Virus Alert!

Dear All,

I have received a number of posts from the plenary listserv with attachments
containing viruses.   In some cases my virus protection stripped the
attachments and in some it came through, obviously getting through to the
listserv each time.  I do not open unexpected attachments.

I have pasted, below my signature, the most recent messages that came with
them as they do give the appearance of  looking almost legitimate.  Do not
open any attachments even if it states it is a protected message from the
plenary (whatever that may mean).

Hopefully the listserv problem will be fixed soon.
