Thanks for collecting the names, good idea
I believe it would be better if we send directly our mail to 
Rik Panganiban <rikp at earthlink.net> that might post an update daily
or put the list on a web site instead of answering 
invidually to the Plenary list

Il serait sans doute préférable que nous envoyions directement nos
réponses à RIK  Rik Panganiban <rikp at earthlink.net>
qui pourrait poster une mise a jour quotidienne, ou mettre
la liste sur une page web, au lieu que nous répondions
inviduellement sur la liste plénière

Sería seguramente preferible que enviábamos directamente nuestras
respuestas a RIK Rik Panganiban <rikp at earthlink.net>
 que podría fijar una actualización diaria, o poner la lista sobre una
página Internet, al lugar a que respondíamos inviduellement en la lista
