[WSIS CS-Plenary] UN ICT Task Force meeting

Hallo all

And please note that if you are coming to the German civil society meeting
and/or the Global Forum of the UN ICT TF you are invited to the meeting of
the working group on policy of the UN ICT TF - currently convened by APC.

The meetig will focus on spaces and parameters of particiption by all
stakeholders in global ICT governance processes.
