Merci pour cette alarme opportune et j'apprécie
beaucoup son lancement en plusieurs langues... Exemple
à suive.
Je soutien personnellement les termes que je juge
modérés, pertinent et opportum.
Je lance votre appel sur plusieurs listes de
discussion en français dont une liste bilingue sur le
SMSI et les mécanismes de financementn j'espère que
cela va susciter un appui massif qui réveillera la
haute direction de l'UNESCO dans son glissement vers
un partenariat public privé suiscidaire comme nous
sommes en train de le vivre à l'UIT.
Le système onusien doit absolument revenir à son
mandat d'instrument de coopération internationale pour
un développement humain durable et non servir les
intérêt du marché ou des multinationales dominantes.

Dear Daniel,
Many thanks for awainkness message and i appreciate
the translation in many languages... Good example to
be followed.
I totally support the content i find it relevant and
timeness.
I forword it in many french speaking lists i lead
including one dealing with Finance Mechanism in both
french and english. I hope substancial feedback, able
to modify the UNSCO position toward the public private
partership such approach which has already shown its
limit in UIT position and practices.
The UN System has to correct its position and return
to its mandate : serving the international cooperation
between countries and buiding a world with Human
Sustainable development and not serving the market and
the dominant opérators.
