[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS activities at Capetown ICANN meeting

Colleagues:
The Noncommercial Users Constituency will be meeting during the
Capetown meetings at the following times. The morning meeting is for
NCUC member organizations, but the afternoon meetings, which include
meetings with ICANN CEO Twomey and the new ICANN ombudsman, are open to
anyone, and we encourage CS organizations to join us for these
discussions.

December 2
10:00 am - 12:00 Noon: business meeting (NCUC members only)
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Meeting with Paul Twomey, CEO of ICANN 
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Meeting with Board members 
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Meeting with registrars representatives and with new
ICANN ombudsman

December 3
7:00 Dinner for NCUC members, place tba

December 6
Public Voice Symposium on privacy and civil liberties in Africa (NCUC a
co-sponsor)
