Thanks for this information.... it will be posted in
the 3 languages in our website.
Concerning the Numeric Solidarity Fund called by you
WSIS Solidarity Fund (excellent idea for supportive
actors) it will be probably for us one of main issues
in the future. For those who are interested to start
the debate on this issue they can refere to the UNDP
Issues Paper (the document is available on our website
in English and i am progressively translating and
commenting it). In the chapter 3.3 : Universal Access
Funding : Embracing the Public Good Model where there
is half a page on Digital Solidarity Fund.

Merci pour ces informations nous allons les mettre sur
notre site web dans les 3 langues.
En ce qui concerne le Fonds de solidarité numérique
rebaptisé par vous fonds de solidarité du SMSI
(excellente idée pour les acteurs du Fonds), ce sera
pour nous l'un des domaines important de nos futurs
débats.
Pour ceux qui voudraient démarrer les discussions je
les invites à se référer déjà au document du PNUD dont
une version en Anglais se trouve sur notre site et que
je suis en train de traduire petit à petit en Français
et à le commenter. Dans le pargraphe 3.3 Fonds pour
l'accès Universel : s'inscrire dans le modèle des
biens publics il y a une demie page consacrée au Fonds
de solidarité numérique.
