I thought that Internet did not need any Internet Governance organism,
because it growed open, fastly and very well without it (if something
works, don't fix it!). IP address quantity problem will be solved with
IPv6

But with this new, I am thinking if UN should create a WIF task force
(World Internet Freedom task force) to avoid this kind of violation to
Human Rights on Internet.
