Many thanks for the info on the hotels.  The letter I got from the organizers says we may submit texts or position papers.  I think that this is very important.  Don't we have enough time to do so?  I hope to be sending in some "wild" ideas to the Africa Caucus.  I'm wondering if the global CS should not send a position paper.

Merci pour les info sur l'hebergement.  La lette réçu des organisateurs nous donne la possibilité de soumettre les textes.  Je le crois important.  N'avons-nous pas assez de temps pour le faire? De ma part, je compte envoyer mes idéés "sauvages" au Caucus Africain.  Je me demande si la SC globale ne peut faire autant.
