[WSIS CS-Plenary] Update stocktaking / MAJ stocktaking

Dear Friends,

Thanks Jean-Louis and Bruno ( both of them ) for their last posts.
I noticed those documents concerning this important sotcktaking process
which is going on now, only very recently.
It seems that the English version of the Stocktaking document has not 
been submiited
to the Plenary list, therefore many people are going to wonder what's 
going on.
Therefore,  you will find attached
the related documents in English in the proper open ( albeit proprietary  )
pdf format.
The ITU stocktaking grid  or table is the last updated version.

En plus des documents en Anglais en format pdf,
vous trouverez aussi en format pdf , le document que Jean-Louis a eu le 
courage
de traduire, concernant ce processus de "stocktaking"  difficile à traduire

disons de "mise en inventaire" ou de "participation à l'inventaire"

Cependant, je tiens à signaler que même si le document traduit par
Jean-Louis est le plus important conceptuellement,
il y a d'autres documents disponibles uniquement en Anglais,
surtout une table très longue en Anglais, dont je fournis la mise à jour
en attaché.
