[WSIS CS-Plenary] IGTF-J contribution to WGIG Prep meeting in Geneva

Internet Governance Task Force of Japan, where I serve for the
secretariat, submitted its contribution to the coming consultation
meeting on WGIG. IGTF is more driven by the "Internet community"
than civil society per se, but trying to make it a multi-stakeholder
to include user community.
