Hi Robert,
Thank you for posting the information about updating your page. I noticed
that the Health and ICT Working Group is omitted from the Plenary page on
your website listing. I believe I had requested that this be corrected a
number of months ago when it was first posted. Is the page you are
updating, in addition to, or in place of the original plenary listings?
The list of WGs and caucuses appear in
http://www.wsis-cs.org/caucuses.html Is this the official list?
BTW, I do not recall receiving a questionnaire in July 2004, which is listed
as a source for the contact list. My information as the contact point
remains the same as listed in the wsis.org website above. If it would be
helpful to complete the questionnaire, please send it to me.
Thank you for your work on this
Best regards,
Elizabeth

Subject: [WSIS CS-Plenary] CS Bureau - Updating contact info
I wanted to send a reminder message to the plenary list that although
the CS bureau list is closed, however its archive is open for all to
see and read.
The address is:
http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/public/bureau/
Information on and about the CS Bureau is available at :
http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/bureau
One of the main topics has been one of updates, strategic planning
and who are the representatives of the given bureau "seats" as we
move into phase II.
I can not speak for the bureau in any way, form or capacity.
Howerver, i'd like to - in a personal capacity - try to keep the info
about the bureau as correct and updated as possible. Thus, I humbly
request all CS families to please check to see if the contacts points
listed at:
http://cms.privaterra.org/WSIS_FP_ContactList
are in fact correct and updated. If the information there is ok, then
fine. If it is incorrect or plain old - please do the following:
#1 - Have the CS family post a message to this list (the plenary)
with the new contact details. If the revision is related to a change
in focal point - please give details as to how the decision was
arrived at (consultation, nomination, election, etc..)
#2 - Post a copy of the message above to the bureau list as well -
bureau at wsis-cs.org
(one of the moderators will have to manually approve the message)
I'm not sure how issues related to who the exact representative is on
the bureau . I just hope there's a clear consensus, as otherwise I
don't think there's a dispute resolution mechanism in place.
regards
Robert
