[WSIS CS-Plenary] CONGO General Briefing with Karklins & Geiger 30 September

Dear Colleagues,

For those of you in the Geneva area, CONGO will be holding a general 
briefing for its members and other NGOs on 30 September at the Palais 
des Nations from 14:30-17:30.  WSIS President Amb. Janis Karklins and 
Charles Geiger just confirmed that they will be present at the meeting 
and speaking at the beginning.

Sorry about the late notice.  We just got confirmation of this today.  
All are welcome, but you will need a Geneva UN grounds pass to enter 
the Palais.
