Ngenda,
Thanks to elaborate... my english is poor and i cannot
understang the meaning of you message.
Please take not thet there is also 2 civile societies
one in the North with means, expertise and capacities
and one in the South, especially in Africa where with
nothing.
Those who born in Africa and who are winning in the
North and perhaps some of them in the South have no
legitimacy to speak on behalf the South...
We are african and proud of that and if we have no
place to express our hopeless situation we will find
relevant solutions to be heard.

Il y a assurément 2 société civile l'une au nors avec
des moyens l'autres au Sud avec le désespoir et si
personne ne veut entendre le message, il se fera
entendre autrement.
