I really hope that it is a jok... First April is used
by some to make such a jok...
If it is true i suppose that all high staff UN
assignements will be allowed to US citizens... Perhaps
also we shall have the privilege to have an american
Pope !
Interesting as global word management, but the History
is not finish and the next battle will be the battle
for international good governance and The US President
would probably like to lead the debate !
