Dear Ngenda
This is a peremptory and unconditional assertion that can only worry/destabilize those (like Djilali and myself) who are the actual "friends of the South" and especially of Africa. We would prefer to leave such an issue to an open debate with the actual African CS organizations, especially "grass-root" ones. I wonder if a part of them share your straight opinion.
