Over a week ago, I asked how one can participate in this conference.
I'm pretty sure I asked the cotelco-server's webmaster in the past.
I have had no reply. Not even "sorry, we use protocols foo and fnarf".

Well, that's a great way to ensure some interventions are not heard.
Just ignore requests for access to the conference!

I am not a client of Sun Microsystems and do not wish to be. I
view a virtual conference which requires licensing software
from a particular company as roughly equivalent to restricting
which transport companies can be used to gain access to a
conference. "You came on foot? No badge for you!"

Why is it acceptable to dictate suppliers to WSIS-CS actors?
