[WSIS CS-Plenary] re: invite to the ITU informal consultation on WSIS implimentation

Myself and the GKP also received invitations.

By the way, after receiving the invitation, i asked the ITU for a list of 
those from CS who had been invited so that we could coordinate, but no 
response to date.

It's looking unlikely that i can go.
