 From Francis, here is some information regarding arrangements for the 
Tunis Summit.  Thanks for the detailed info.

I have to ask where the "150 heads of state" figure comes from?  This 
could be wishful thinking on the part of the Tunisian organizers or 
confirmed attendees.

Also, CONGO has applied for an all day event to highlight "best 
practices" among civil society in the Information Society.  We thought 
this was general enough that it could incorporate other groups if 
necessary.

sommet de Tunis. Merci pour l'information détaillée.

Je dois demander d'où le chiffre "150 chefs d'Etat" vient? Ceci a pu 
être rêve de la part des organisateurs tunisiens ou des participants 
confirmés.

En outre, CONGO s'est appliqué pour toute la journée un événement au 
point culminant les "meilleures pratiques" parmi la société civile dans 
la société infomatique. Nous avons pensé que c'était assez général 
qu'il pourrait incorporer d'autres groupes au besoin.
