Dear all
This document is basically in German but its interest is important, especially as far as the relationship between ICT's applications and Human Rights are concerned. Furthermore there are  some references in English.
Not to forget : The SPP is intended to be "a blueprint to secure North American leadership in the global economy" (US Commerce Secretary Carlos Guttierez at SPP launching in Waco, Tx)
