[WSIS CS-Plenary] Registration to PrepCom-3 has started

Just to remind you that Registration to PrepCom-3 has started as an online
process; please refer to the ITU/WSIS web site:

“As for PrepCom-2 of the Tunis phase, registration will be by electronic
means and the username and password, provided to the focal point of your
Government, organization or entity for participation in PrepCom-2, will also
be valid for PrepCom-3.
