[WSIS CS-Plenary] Bush admin. objects to .xxx domains

What's really interesting to watch here - from the point of view of 'who
controls global public policy' - is how will the US objections be dealt vis
a vis earlier objections on the same issues by other countries.

will be interesting to see what other countries might start demanding
