According to the summit hotel reservations website, blocks of hotel
rooms have been negotiated at hotels in three different places: north
Tunis, central Tunis, and Yasmine Hammamet.

North Tunis, which includes the suburbs of Sidi Bou Said, Carthage and
Gammarth, are closest to the conference venue, about 10km away. Central
Tunis hotels are close to the historic medina and other attractions, but
are 20km from the WSIS venue. And Hammamet, home to last year's Prepcom,
is more than 70km away.

I am not sure whether these official hotels will all have transportation
associatied with them. Ideally, it would make sense if there were bus
routes that delegates could take from any hotel, which would make the
travel distance less of an issue (at least for central Tunis).
