I believe you misunderstood what I was requesting. I requested that if
physical and mental health is removed from the CS STATEMENT that disability
also be removed from the CS Statement. Obviously the health section is part
of the CS statement, as are the disability sections. However, you do make
an interesting point, and if physical and mental health is truly not
synonymous/seamless with health, then the Health Information section should
be revised and called Physical and Mental Health Information.
