Please find attached an updated version of your meeting requests. In order to meet yr demands to the best of our limited capacities, we had to take into consideration several criteria (interpretation, wireless Internet access, capacity, etc), therefore we could not possibly confirm everything as requested. 


Please check attached bookings made so far and let us know if more needed at this stage.


 


FOR INTERPRETATION/LOGISTIC REASONS WE NEED TO KNOW ASAP WHICH ONES OF YOUR MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS ALONG WITH A SHORT OVERVIEW OF YOUR SPEECHES / PRESENTATIONS.

Veuillez trouver en pihce jointe une version mise ` jour de vos demandes de riunions. Afin de pouvoir ripondre ` vos attentes autant que nous le permettent nos possibilitis limities, nous devions prendre en compte un certain nombre de crithres (interpritation, acchs Internet illimiti, capaciti, etc.), et en consiquence nous ne pourrons sans doute pas confirmer lensemble des riunions telles que demandies.

 

Je vous prie de bien vouloir virifier la liste jointe des riservations effectuies jusqualors et nous faire savoir si vous avez besoin de plus despaces ` ce jour. 

 

POUR DES RAISONS DINTERPRETATION ET DE LOGISTIQUE, NOUS AVONS BESOIN DE SAVOIR AU PLUS TTT LESQUELLES DE VOS REUNIONS SERONT OUVERTES A LENSEMBLE DES PARTIES PRENANTES, AINSI QUUN RESUME DE VOS DISCOURS OU PRESENTATIONS
