[WSIS CS-Plenary] WGIG issue paper revision process?

I am sending my (personal) opinions and suggestions
about WGIG papers that were published, as far as I
understand, in an early stage for former enhancement.
Am I right?
Is there any revision process for WGIG issue paper?

How will be done this process? Is anybody taking notes
of the observations made in this list? or it should be
written to somewhere else?
